John Contreras began his pastoral ministry with Grace Baptist in May 2022.  John is married to Melissa and has two sons, Zachary and Jacob.  John has served in pastoral ministry for over 24 years most of which was in student ministry.

John has a passion for ministry and strives to be the best at being a husband, father, friend and an encourager.  He also enjoys spending time with friends, watching Cubs baseball, fishing, and running 5K races.  He serves in the community through the Laporte Lions Club, Laporte Athletics and New Prairie Athletics through which he hopes to have an impact with the Gospel.
